" When I knew I was ready to sell my house earlier this year I contacted Mia's husband Rudy. He is the realtor who helped me when I bought this house back in 2017. I found out that he and Mia are now a real estate team. Having the two of them together helping me now that I was selling my house made me feel confident that it would be successful. When I first met with both of them I was nervous. I knew I had some minor work that needed to be done in order to sell my house. Because I didn't have the funds available for the potential repairs I figured I would have no choice but to sell my house "as is." Thankfully they informed me that the house itself serves as the provider for any funds needed for repairs on the house once there is a pending contract on the house. So once I had a pending contract the potential buyer's agent let Mia and Rudy know what I would need to have repaired. Mia and Rudy found contractors who were willing to delay receiving payment until house closing took place. In addition they both let me know what I needed to do prior to putting the house on the market. One of the major ones which was definitely well worth the expense was having the whole house professionally cleaned. It made the house very welcoming to potential buyers as well as save me some valuable time since I moved to another part of the state. Moving is always overwhelming so it really helped knowing that Mia and Rudy were taking care of all the necessary details to make sure my house would be sold. Fortunately being a seller's market I received my first offer within two days of having the house on the market. While it would definitely be easy to just say yes, Mia and Rudy recommended I wait for additional offers. It ended of being worth it because my first offer matched the price of my second offer. Since my first offer actually saw my house in person versus a virtual visit with their realtor like the rest of my offers I believed they were the best choice to proceed with the process to buy my house. While we live in a world with many purchases being done online I believe a house is one of those exceptions where it is important to actually see the house prior to purchasing it. My potential buyer had a smooth process and was able to end up buying my house. I definitely recommend Mia and Rudy to anyone looking for helpful and knowledgeable realtors. They definitely care about helping people either sell or buy a house. "
