Hello! I am Mia, half of Rivers Realty, a husband and wife team located in Hampton Roads Virginia (otherwise known as Virginia Beach area). Our mission is to provide exceptional real estate services, leveraging our deep knowledge of the area we grew up in, and a commitment to sponsor, mentor, and guide new and seasoned agents. 

As a Husband and Wife Realtor Team, we bring a unique dynamic that combines our individual strengths and skills. Rudy has over 16 years experience as a teacher and high school coach. He has taught at different levels from middle school to high school and coached all levels to include a state championship Softball team! As you can imagine these years of experience provided alot of discipline, organization and communication skills of all age groups. He is also a licensed Associate Broker.

I have 20 years of experience as a part owner of an Aerospace design and manufacture company. I managed the Contracts, Procurement, Marketing and Human Resources departments, gotta love small business- right?. After being in the corporate world for 20+ years and chasing other peoples dreams I had an opportunity to step away from my business and recreate my life! I took the 20 years of contracts, marketing and human resources experiences (along with others) and brought them with me to the real estate world! 

With our military relocation certification, we are honored to serve our military personnel and their families. Growing up military, and Rudy's brother being a Ranger, we understand the unique challenges of relocation and are committed to providing a smooth transition, expert guidance, and a deep understanding of their specific needs and timelines. We want to be trusted partners for our clients, agents, and military personnel alike.

As both previous teachers and trainers we are dedicated to empowering and supporting agents who are embarking on their real estate careers.
